Elana and I chose selections from her many fabric swatches, looking for pieces that may let more or less light pass through them when put on a light table. We made our silkscreens this way, choosing to make images straight from the fabric. Elana also painted some mylars that we would use to further add layers to the prints. Lastly Elana added inks in an improvisational way to the screens as we printed making a group of unique works.
